Graham Mason is the owner and principal of Specialized Heating and Cooling Shepparton, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the air-conditioning and mechanical services industry. Fully qualified and licensed in refrigeration and air-conditioning, Graham has built a comprehensive technical background spanning residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
Across his career, Graham has held senior management positions for more than 20 years within major national and multinational HVAC and mechanical services organisations. In these roles he was responsible for managing service delivery for some of Australia’s largest corporations, overseeing operational performance, leading technical teams, and ensuring the delivery of compliant, high-quality climate-control solutions. His work has taken him right across Australia, supporting major commercial facilities, industrial sites, and complex mechanical installations in a wide variety of environments.
Graham now applies this depth of leadership and technical expertise to the operation of Specialized Heating and Cooling Shepparton, where he is committed to providing exceptional workmanship, transparent communication, and reliable long-term support to the Goulburn Valley community.
